🌙Please carefully read through the following terms before commissioning me. This information is also available in my commission form. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my art style as shown on my price sheets and on social media. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.🌙Yes, I will draw: ✅

The commissioner must at least be 18 years of age and must complete my commission form. I ask that I am treated with respect and patience, as I’m not a emotionless machine. If I feel I am being treated in any way that can be deemed as rude and disrespectful, ihave the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process.🌙Process
After this application has been submitted, please allow 2-3 business days to get back to you via the provided email about the status of your commission.
The email will contain the estimated timeline for your desired piece, if you’re on the waiting list, the exact price of your commissioned piece, and any question I might have. If you are in a rush, there is a rush fee later in this form.
During the process, I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece, with included images as a work in progress.
Sketch and thumbnails will be sent to the client for approval before continuing with the piece. Thumbnails include loose sketches, clean sketch, and color thumbnails.Revision
Any large edits past the sketch and thumb-nailing phases will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original price, where your first sketch revision will be free. Large edits include; changing the character or subject of the piece, changing the overall composition, changing the setting of the background, changing the character’s clothes/hairstyle, etc.Cancellation
No refunds or cancellations allowed after the commission has been started. Please make sure you are 100% sure before you commission me.Delivery and Posting
The commissioner will not receive any physical products. After the commissioner has paid the full invoice, I will send the finished, high resolution art files as .pngs and .jpegs via email.
Every commissioned work still belongs to me, kinyx, and I have the rights to post these works on social media, create content eith them, sell them as prints, etc.
The commissioner may not altar, resell, or claim credit for the artwork. The commissioner may not turn the art into an NFT, or use in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing.
The commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it as an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. as long as kinyx is properly credited and linked.Final Words
